As a general principle, pulibet retains account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. Financial transaction records may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

The pulibet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. pulibet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the pulibet registration process, and we reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
If pulibet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate verification, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on the pulibet Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
pulibet primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In some cases, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where pulibet uses cloud infrastructure or service providers with operations in other jurisdictions.
