You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pulibet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the pulibet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pulibet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
pulibet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

All bets placed on the pulibet Platform are final once confirmed. Bets will only be accepted if your account holds sufficient funds to cover the stake. pulibet does not offer credit facilities. You may not bet more than the available balance in your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pulibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pulibet Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, pulibet is not liable for:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.
